Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Client Relationship Executive to manage and maintain strong
relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination
abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Prepare reports, maintain client records, and manage data using MS Excel.
• Conduct regular client interactions through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in generating business opportunities through relationship management.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of client communications.
Required Skills
