Openings For Position : Customer Support Manager

Location: Nayandanahalli

Experience: 4 to 6 Years (Any Automobile Industry)

Salary :up to 35K+ Incentives

 Monitor and manage leads generated via digital platforms,

 Allocate leads to Dealer Sales Executives (DSEs) based on criteria like location, availability, and specialization.

 Ensure timely follow-up and status updates on all leads as per SLA.

 Coordinate between CRM tools, sales teams, and marketing teams for seamless lead flow.

 Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead performance and conversion.

 Escalate lead delays or system issues to the Sales Manager or CRM tech team.

 Train new DSEs on using LMS/CRM platforms and best practices.
