We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate product/service information, and promote sales through effective communication.
Handle inbound calls and professionally address customer queries.
Provide accurate product/service details and resolve complaints efficiently.
Promote and cross-sell company products/services.
Work towards achieving sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathy and proactive support.
Update and maintain records in CRM/Excel systems.
Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
Age: 18 – 30 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English + one regional language.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, internet usage).
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred (not mandatory).
Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
