Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Telugu + English)

Location: Work From Home (Across India)
Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)
Salary:

• In-hand: ₹13,200 per month

• CTC: ₹17,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for Customer Support Executives fluent in Telugu and English to join our Zomato process team. This is a Work From Home role open to candidates across India. Whether you're a fresher or have experience in support roles, if you speak Telugu and meet the basic requirements, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to Zomato services

• Provide quality service in Telugu and English

• Follow company guidelines and resolve issues efficiently

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent in Telugu and English (mandatory)

• Device: Laptop required (any model acceptable; preferred: Intel i3 4th Gen or higher, 4GB RAM)

• Internet: Must have a stable WiFi connection

• Skills: Clear communication, basic computer skills

• Freshers are eligible; customer service experience is an advantage

• Knowledge of Hindi is an added benefit

Work Schedule

• Total Shift Duration: 9 hours (includes a 1-hour break)

• Active Work Hours: 8 hours/day

• Working Days: 6 days/week

• Weekly Off: 1 rotational off

• Leave Policy: No leaves permitted during the first 3 months
