Job Description

Back Office – Voice Process (L1)

Bangalore – Marathahalli | Work From Office

We are looking for immediate joiners for Back Office Executive (Voice Process) to join our team at Teleperformance. Freshers with strong Hindi & English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in Hindi (English conversational level required)
Provide accurate information and support to customers
Maintain proper call documentation and system updates
Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate when required
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation mandatory
Fluent Hindi & English communication
0–1 year BPO experience (Freshers welcome)
Willing to work 6 days between 8 AM – 9 PM
Immediate joiners only

Salary:

CTC: ₹23,000 (Freshers) | ₹26,000 (1+ yr experience)
Relocation allowed
Accommodation provided
Travel tickets provided
