Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Achieve performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / Graduate.
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Communication: Good communication skills in English and Telagu.
Work Schedule: 6 days working per week.
Shift: Rotational / 24x7 environment (as per business requirement).
