Job Description - CRM cum Process Coordinator (Import-Export)

Company: Noble Veneerz Location: Gurgaon (nearby preferred)

Role Overview We are looking for a Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational workflows in our import-export business, with a strong focus on follow-ups, tracking, and eliminating delays.

Key Responsibilities Maintain FMS and process checklists on Google Sheets Track shipments, documentation, and internal processes end-to-end Strong follow-up with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers Regular payment follow-ups with customers and coordination with accounts Identify delays, escalate proactively, and ensure timely closure of tasks Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams Keep management updated with clear status reports

Required Skills & Profile Female candidate only Based in or around Gurgaon Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Excellent follow-up and coordination skills Polite, clear, and confident communication Process-oriented and detail-focused
