Job Role:
Handle customer calls related to lift/elevator installation, service, and maintenance. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
• Register service & installation queries
• Coordinate with technicians and follow up till closure
• Update customer details in system
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Languages (Mandatory):
• Fluent English
• Any ONE – Tamil / Hindi / Kannada
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
