Customer Support Executive

Responsibility: Calling active and budding clients to encourage appointment. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation. Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing. Approx. 100 calls per day.

Requirement: Should be able to understand English and communicate with the client in English or Hindi. Basic excel knowledge required.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
