medical prescription process in our Health Tech company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years

of experience in healthcare customer service, with a strong understanding of patient centricity,

prescription handling, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for

handling customer interactions through email, chat, and outbound calls, ensuring a smooth and

professional communication experience. You will serve as a vital link between the company and its

clients, providing efficient and accurate support. Location: Cloud physician Healthcare Private Limited, 7 Bellary Road, Ganganagar, Bengaluru 560032, KA, India Shift Timings: Shift 1 [4:30 AM to 2:00 PM]

Shift 2 [1:30 PM to 11:00 PM]

Shift 3 [8:00 PM to 5:30 AM ]
