Job Description

Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Process: 100% Voice, Inbound

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries

• Provide information & resolution

Ensure good customer experience

Salary

• Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.50 LPA

• Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand | CTC ₹4.1 LPA

Shift

• Rotational (9.5 hrs)

• Male: 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (24×7 shifts)

• Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
