We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills in both Kannada and English, and a natural ability to solve problems efficiently.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
Address customer queries related to orders, delivery, product customization, etc.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) to ensure timely updates to customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when needed.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer support or a similar role.
Language Skills: Proficient in both Kannada and English (spoken & written).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and resolution capabilities.
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Familiarity with customer support tools (CRM, email, phone systems) is a plus.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
