Key Responsibilities

● Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring their

satisfaction and loyalty.

● Internal Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure

seamless service delivery.

● Record Maintenance: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and

feedback to improve service quality.

● Feedback Management: Handle customer feedback, implementing improvements to

enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Arts, or related fields

or from any degree program.

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Business development or Customer Services or a

related role. Freshers are welcome to apply.

● Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities,

and a customer-centric approach.

● Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
