✨ Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of international BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers

• Assist customers with queries, issues, and service-related information

• Provide accurate and timely responses

• Maintain call quality and meet SLA targets

• Update CRM systems and maintain call logs

• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice process experience

• Excellent verbal communication in English

• Ability to handle pressure and meet performance targets

• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

📝 Selection Process:

⏱ Shifts & Work Schedule:

• 5.5 days working

• Rotational shifts & rotational offs

🚖 Transport Facilities:

• Males: Paid cab facility as per 180 × number of night shifts

• Females: One-sided cab provided during odd hours
