Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to manage service requests, coordinate with service partners, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming service requests in real-time

• Assign jobs to service professionals based on availability and location

• Coordinate with service partners to ensure timely job completion

• Track job status and provide regular updates to customers

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively

• Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

• Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Any graduate (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages like Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability

• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Experience

• 0–2 years in BPO, customer support, or operations role

• Experience in service-based or marketplace platforms is an advantage
