We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives (Telecallers) to handle unsecured loan collections. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to remind them of pending payments, providing repayment solutions, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining excellent customer relationships.. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹55,000 (Including Incentives) and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment reminders and follow-ups.
Explain payment terms and assist customers in resolving outstanding dues.
Update customer interaction details and payment commitments in the system.
Achieve monthly collection targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
Handle customer objections and queries in a polite and professional manner.
Coordinate with team leaders/supervisors for escalated cases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/collections guidelines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
Experience: 0–2 years in loan collections/telecalling/customer service.
Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems).
Target-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented.
Language: Fluency in Hindi and basic English (other regional languages an advantage).
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (in-hand)
Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per month (performance-based)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (including 1-hour break)
