Job Description

Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively solicit new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, conducting site inspections, and providing professional recommendations on room layouts, menus, and décor

Contracting & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize event details, ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
Event Coordination: Coordinate with operational departments (catering, setup, audio-visual) to ensure flawless event execution according to banquet event orders (BEOs).
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to adjust pricing and packages.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in hotel banquet sales, catering sales, or event management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication, and Proficiency in catering software (e.g., Delphi, Opera).
