We are seeking a skilled Chat Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat, specifically in the banking, insurance, and fintech sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to address customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via chat to provide support and assistance related to banking, insurance, and fintech services.

• Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Assist customers in navigating through the company's digital platforms and services.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to clients.

• Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles, preferably in banking, insurance, or fintech.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in using chat support software with 35+ WPM typing speed.

• Basic understanding of banking, insurance, and financial products and services.

• Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality service.

• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
