Responsibilities:
Interact with customers through Voice / Non-Voice / Chat support
Deliver effective verbal & written communication
Provide quick solutions and maintain service quality
Support digital/customer service operations in BPO projects
Create and manage reports in MS Office & Excel
Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach
