Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Managers to join our team to handle Skilling Projects, provide exceptional customer support, identifying new training centers and resolve queries related to skilling Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Training centers calls professionally and efficiently.

• Handle UPSDM /NSDC Portal and Projects LIKE PMKVY/DDUGKY/UPSDM and skill development and Training program from different government departments.

• Identifying new Training Centers

• Complete Responsibility for Managing Training/skill centers Mobilization, Training and assessments.

• coordination with SSC's

• Address Training Centers queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide Training Centers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1-5 Years Experience. Candidate must be only from Similar industry and previously managed similar kind of projects.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
