Requirements for Business Development & Lead Generation ExecutiveWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join Tourjunket and drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads.Essential Qualifications & Experience1-2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or SaaS (B2B) industry.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Key Skills & AbilitiesStrong Proficiency in Lead Generation Tools & Techniques:Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Ability to conduct effective cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.Market Research & Analysis: Skill in identifying and researching potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.Communication & Negotiation:Exceptional ability to craft compelling pitches and clearly articulate the value proposition of Tourjunket's products/services.Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with prospective clients.Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Proactive, persistent, and highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline effectively and work independently to achieve targets.Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and utilizing new software and digital platforms relevant to sales and travel technology.Salary & CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).Incentives: Performance-based incentives/commissions will be provided on achieving lead and conversion targets.
