The Business Development Executive (Healthcare) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth for healthcare products or services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, etc.).
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, digital marketing, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable healthcare solutions or services.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Conduct market research to analyze competition, industry trends, and customer needs.
Participate in promotional events, healthcare exhibitions, and conferences.
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and client databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
