Target and approach potential clients such as office buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, data centers, and mixed-use developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and all tender-related documents.
Present Facility Management solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structure, and contract conditions.
Analyze cost structures and determine competitive service pricing.
Manage the sales pipeline and support the closing of new projects.
Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams.
Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements.
Prepare and update business pipeline reports and market opportunity analyses.
Provide insights and support to senior management in shaping FM business strategy.
