Job Summary:
UNext is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Advisor to guide prospective learners in choosing the right online programs. The role involves counselling students, understanding their career goals, and helping them enroll in suitable courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students through calls, video meetings, and online platforms.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable academic programs.
Explain program features, career benefits, and university partnerships.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in academic counselling / education sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle student queries professionally.
Comfortable working with targets and sales metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in EdTech industry.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
