Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth through sales and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present company products/services to clients and negotiate contracts
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and close deals
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales (industry-specific if applicable)
Knowledge of digital sales channels and lead generation tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
