Job Summary:We are looking for a polite, patient, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service through calls, chats, and emails. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Follow company policies and procedures.Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience.Requirements & Skills:Good communication skills in English & Hindi.Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.Freshers & experienced both can apply.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.Customer-friendly and positive attitude.Working Conditions:6 days workingDay / Night shift (as per process)Work from OfficeSalary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)Incentives & performance bonusesTraining provided
