Company Overview
We are a growing financial services firm working closely with capital markets. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong stock market knowledge and excellent communication skills to join our team.

Role Summary
The selected candidate will engage with clients, explain stock market concepts, assist with market-related queries, and provide professional support in Hindi and English. This role requires clarity in communication, basic to intermediate market understanding, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with clients in Hindi (primary) and English

• Explain stock market basics, market segments, and trading concepts

• Assist clients with general market-related queries and onboarding support

• Maintain professional communication via calls, messages, and follow-ups

• Stay updated with basic market trends and financial news

• Ensure compliance with company communication and data policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to good understanding of the stock market (equity, F&O, commodities – preferred)

• Fluent Hindi and good spoken English

• Strong verbal communication and client-handling skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in finance, sales, customer support, or trading is a plus (not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
