Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Consultancies. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Manufacturing. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements by engaging stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops.

• Use data analytics to identify process improvements, business trends, and actionable insights for decision-makers.

• Develop business process models to illustrate current and future states, documenting both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Propose and design solutions aligned with business needs, collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams for effective implementation.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders using reports and presentations, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create thorough documentation for requirements, processes, and solutions, supporting project alignment and ongoing optimization efforts.

• Participate in testing and validation of new processes and systems to ensure they meet specifications and business requirements.

• Drive change management by helping teams adopt new systems and processes, offering training and support as needed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
