Job Description

Style Associate – Jewellery Retail

Location: Bangalore (Multiple Stores)

We are hiring passionate Style Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect jewellery for every occasion.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve individual and store sales targets
Assist customers with jewellery selection
Handle billing, payments & cross-selling
Support store operations (stock, VM, deliveries, audits)
Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
Follow SOPs and ensure excellent service standards

Candidate Profile

Graduate (Freshers welcome) or HSC + 2 years retail experience
Age: 18–35 years
Open to flexible shifts, weekends & holidays
