Key Responsibilities:
Manage corporate client relationships (end-to-end)
Handle client enquiries, requirements, and coordination
Prepare quotations and customized catalogues
Upsell / cross-sell to drive repeat business
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Track enquiries and orders using CRM tools
Required Skills:
Strong communication & client-handling skills
Experience in B2B client servicing preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
CRM tool experience is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Experience and Qualification:
2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Manager
Any degree or an equivalent hands on experience
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working 1st and 2nd Saturday off week during the Day shift.
