#Location: Diamond Arcade, Jessore Road, Dumdum Shyamnagar, Kolkata 700055

#Job_Requirements :

1. Making outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments.

2. Following up on bank/loan debt recovery processes.

3. Negotiating with customers to resolve payment delays within legal guidelines.

4. Achieving daily/monthly collection targets.

#Mandatory_Requirements:

1. DRA Certificate: A valid Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) Certificate is required.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 Year of experience in a collections or recovery agency.

3. Education: Minimum 12th Pass

#Languages: Hindi, Bengali & Other If Any

#Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and telephone etiquette skills.
