We're Hiring – Non-Voice Process Executive (Email & Chat)
Process: Banking Process
Location- Pocharam, Hyderabad

Job Details
Process: Email & Chat (Customer Support)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Email or Chat Process (Mandatory)
Languages Required: English & Hindi
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Week Off
Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility (Up to 35 KM Radius – Nodal Pick-up & Drop) or ₹2,000 Transport Allowance

Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹3.36 LPA (₹28,000 CTC)
In Hand Salary: ₹23,000

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through Email & Chat professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Research and identify the best solutions for customer issues.
Make outbound calls when required (Semi-Voice Support).
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Complete customer requests and transactions accurately.

Skills Required
✔ Minimum 1 Year of Email or Chat Process Experience
✔ Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English & Hindi
✔ SVAR Score: 50 or Above
✔ Typing Speed: Minimum 36 WPM with 95% Accuracy
✔ Good Knowledge of MS Office & Basic Computer Operations
✔ Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills
✔ Understanding of Email & Chat Etiquette
✔ Customer-Oriented Mindset with Strong Attention to Detail
