We are looking for a motivated and experienced Collection Assistant Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of collection executives . The ideal candidates will ensure achievement of Collection targets , maintain customer relationships and improve the efficiency and performance of the team .

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the collection team, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.

• Monitor team performance against KPIs (e.g., recovery rate, DSO, call productivity).

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to collection agents.

• Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate payment solutions.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on collection performance and delinquency trends.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Legal) for resolution of disputes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions .

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• 3-5years of experience in Collection Recovery or Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role banking, NBFC ,or fintech sector preferred

• Background in Loan Collections / debt recovery / recovery process preferred

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
