About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AR Calling (Accounts Receivable) Executive to join our Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) team in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in reviewing and analyzing medical claim forms, optimizing medical codes, and ensuring seamless communication with insurance payers and medical professionals. If you excel in voice-based claims follow-up, thrive in night shifts, and are familiar with US healthcare billing, we’d like to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze claim form 1500 and other billing documents for accuracy.

Use medical coding tools like CCI and McKesson for code validation and optimization.

Verify claim status, patient eligibility, and coverage on payer websites.

Work across specialties: cardiology, radiology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and surgery.

Apply CPT codes and modifiers accurately for billing.

Submit claims and track status using clearing house systems such as Waystar.

Conduct professional, voice-based communication with payers and healthcare staff to resolve discrepancies and facilitate claims processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with 18 months to 5 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management and AR calling.

Proficient with medical billing (claim form 1500, CPT, modifiers).

Skilled in CCI, McKesson, and familiar with payer portals.

Specialized knowledge of relevant medical fields is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills.

Comfortable working night shifts (6:30PM – 3:30AM IST) in a work-from-office environment.

Must reside within a 25km radius of Manikonda Lanco Hills (two-way cab facility provided).
