Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our company, the Telecaller Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional image. This dual-role involves expertly managing our front desk and handling all telephone communications, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor and caller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and clients at our Hyderabad office in a courteous and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.

• Provide accurate information about Scholars Adda's platform in-person and via phone/email.

• Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take detailed messages.

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing daily mail/deliveries.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.

• Maintain and update contact databases and employee lists.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Language: Excellent proficiency in Hindi and English (both verbal and written). Knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
