A leading multinational company is actively hiring experienced professionals for its Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling team in the US Medical Billing domain. If you have prior experience in RCM and are looking to grow within the dynamic and rewarding US healthcare industry, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.

• Analyze and resolve claim denials and underpayments.

• Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take appropriate action.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and claim updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and productivity goals.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in AR Calling / US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned to US time zone).

• Good understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle is required.
