We The Chef is looking for a skilled Quality Control Manager with a strong background as a chef or cook, who has excellent understanding of taste, food quality, and culinary standards. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistency, hygiene, taste, and overall food quality across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all food items meet the brand’s taste, quality, and presentation standards.
Conduct regular quality checks in kitchen and production areas.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards across all processes.
Monitor raw materials and ensure proper quality of ingredients.
Work closely with chefs to maintain consistent taste profiles.
Train and guide kitchen staff on quality control and hygiene practices.
Identify gaps, report deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Address customer feedback related to food quality and taste.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Background as a Chef, Cook, or Culinary Specialist is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of taste profiles, food preparation, and production quality.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or culinary-based role.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
Ability to lead and coordinate with kitchen teams.
