Role Overview:

Zippee is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee 5–6 Dark stores located across the Chembur, Thane, Airoli, Kharghar Vashi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing multiple retail outlets and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and supervise daily operations for multiple stores.

•Conduct regular store audits as per guidelines.

•Handle manpower management, including staff allocation and performance monitoring.

•Ensure store performance targets are met and maintained.

•Monitor hygiene and SOP adherence across all assigned stores.

•Provide timely updates and reports in line with SOPs.

•Travel between 5–6 stores regularly (mandatory for candidates with their own bike/vehicle).

Candidate Requirements:

•Proven experience handling multiple store operations

•Strong understanding of retail SOPs and audit processes.

•Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

•Ability to travel between multiple store locations (bike mandatory).

•Candidates must reside in or near Chembur, Thane, or Navi Mumbai.

Please Note That the candidate should have Bike as this role will require travel to Multiple locations
