Position: Tandoor Chef
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Timings: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Working Days: 7 Days (No Weekly Off)
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor items (roti, naan, kebabs, tikkas, etc.) maintaining authentic taste and quality.
Ensure proper marination and cooking techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tandoor and kitchen area.
Manage inventory of raw materials related to tandoor items.
Work in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef.
Knowledge of Punjabi & North Indian cuisine preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
