Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.

• Support cooks in cooking and assembling food orders.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, equipment, and storage areas.

• Wash dishes, cookware, and ensure proper sanitization as per food safety standards.

• Organize and store raw materials and supplies properly to prevent spoilage.

• Dispose of waste, garbage, and recyclables in a timely and hygienic manner.

• Assist in receiving and unpacking kitchen supplies and stock management.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by kitchen supervisors or cook.
