Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our culinary operations at the Inej Digital Executive Lounge, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative menus, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience.
Oversee all kitchen operations, from food preparation to presentation.
Design, develop, and update menus as per lounge standards and guest preferences.
Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency while controlling costs and wastage.
Train, guide, and motivate the culinary team to deliver excellence.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with Lounge Manager and F&B teams to align food service with guest expectations.
Maintain strong cost control, yield management, and operational efficiency.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.
6–10 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3 years as Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine (Continental, Indian, Fusion preferred).
Excellent leadership, time management, and creative presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations in premium or luxury hospitality.
Guest-oriented, disciplined, and innovative with a passion for food excellence.
