Job Title: Continental Cook

We are seeking a skilled and creative Continental Cook (Commi 1) to prepare high-quality dishes inspired by European and Western cuisines. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, maintain high hygiene standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, soups, salads, and baked goods.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size according to restaurant standards.
Follow recipes and menu specifications provided by the Head Chef.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Proven experience as a Continental Cook, Commis Chef, or similar role.
Knowledge of Continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a team and handle kitchen equipment safely.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Culinary diploma or certification preferred but not mandatory.
Time management and multitasking.
Creativity in food presentation.
Attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork.
Salary: 20000 INR to 25000 INR or depending on experience.
