Commis Chef-Continental for a Café at Baner

Job in Brief: We are hiring for a passionate Commis Chefs to assist in daily kitchen operations for a new upcoming cafe. This is a hands-on role where the Commis Chef will work under the Head-Chef and support for the preparation of breakfast, pasta, salads, and grill-based items. This position is ideal for entry-level cooks or with at least 1 year of experience & who want to grow in a professional food environment.

Key Responsibilities

l    Assist in food preparation: chopping, marination, mi seen place

l    Prepare sauces, dressings, and base ingredients

l    Support live cooking and work stations

l    Follow kitchen hygiene standards and SOPs

l    Clean and organize workstations and tools

l    Learn and follow standard recipes

l    Handle portion control and assist during busy service hours
