We are seeking a skilled Momo Chef with strong expertise in Chinese-style dumpling preparation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality momos—from dough preparation to filling, shaping, steaming, or frying—while maintaining exceptional kitchen hygiene, consistency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and knead dough for momos according to traditional Chinese culinary techniques.

• Create and season a variety of fillings, including vegetarian, chicken, pork, beef, and fusion options.

• Shape and fold momos using professional techniques to ensure uniformity and visual appeal.

• Cook momos by steaming, boiling, or frying as required.

• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and portion size.

• Manage ingredients, ensure freshness, and assist with inventory control.

• Uphold food safety standards and kitchen hygiene at all times.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and support overall Chinese cuisine production.

• Develop new momo variations, sauces, and menu ideas when requested.

• Ensure timely preparation for service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Momo Chef, Dumpling Chef, or Chinese Cuisine Cook.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese dumpling techniques, spices, and cooking methods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Creativity in developing new flavors and momo styles (preferred).
