Roles and Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
· Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
· Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
· Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the system.
· Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
· Ensure cash handling, billing, and payment processes are carried out correctly.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front office area at all times.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Formal dress code is compulsory: White shirt, black pant, and black blazer.
· Proper grooming is mandatory. Candidates without formal attire and proper grooming will not be allowed to attend the interview.
· Computer knowledge is compulsory, including basic system operations, email handling, and hotel software.
· Basic English communication skills are compulsory (spoken and written).
