Role Overview

The Chef – Cloud Kitchen will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring food consistency, and innovating new menu items aligned with Eatastic’s brand identity. This role requires efficiency, hygiene discipline, and adaptability to a fast-paced, delivery-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standardized recipes and brand quality standards.

• Manage kitchen operations ensuring timely order fulfillment and coordination with delivery partners.

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as per FSSAI and brand guidelines.

• Monitor inventory, control wastage, and ensure optimum use of raw materials.

• Innovate new dishes, improve existing recipes, and contribute to seasonal menu updates.

• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all orders.

• Coordinate with procurement for daily supplies and maintain accurate stock records.

• Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and ensure regular maintenance checks.

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial kitchens, QSRs, or cloud kitchens.

• Expertise in [specify cuisine: e.g., Indian, Continental, Asian, or Fusion].

• Hands-on experience with online delivery operations (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of portion control, food costing, and plating standards.
