Job Description

Position: Dosa Maker (2 Openings)Location: Benne Tindi – Bhayandar WestResponsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve fresh dosas with consistent taste and quality
  • Handle tawa, batter, and fillings efficiently
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team during peak hours
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a dosa maker preferred
  • Knowledge of South Indian cooking is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
Position: Helper (2 Openings)Location: Benne Tindi – Bhayandar WestResponsibilities:
  • Assist the kitchen team in daily operations
  • Cleaning, cutting, prep work, and dishwashing
