Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate All-Rounder Chef to join our vegetarian restaurant. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing a wide range of vegetarian dishes—from South Indian and North Indian to Chinese and Continental—while maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pure vegetarian dishes as per menu and daily specials.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development.

• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock and supplies.

• Supervise and guide kitchen assistants or helpers.

• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work efficiently during busy hours and ensure timely service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an all-rounder or multi-cuisine chef in a vegetarian kitchen.

• Knowledge of Indian, Chinese, and Continental vegetarian dishes.

• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of kitchen inventory and food cost control.
