We are looking for a responsible and honest Caretaker (Male or Female) to manage and maintain the premises on a daily basis. The caretaker will be responsible for cleanliness, maintenance, and overall supervision of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the premises and surrounding areas.

• Ensure proper functioning of lights, fans, and water supply.

• Handle minor maintenance and repair work.

• Supervise visitors, deliveries, and service staff.

• Maintain outdoor areas (if applicable).

• Report any issues or damages immediately.

• Ensure security and safety of the property.
