We are looking for an experienced and passionate Biryani Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in preparing various authentic styles of biryani (e.g., Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, Kolkata) and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook all types of biryani, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, from scratch following authentic recipes.

Manage the prep work, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing masalas and spice blends.

Monitor stock levels of all biryani ingredients and place orders as needed.

Ensure the kitchen area and equipment are cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff on biryani preparation techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Biryani Cook or similar role.

Deep knowledge of authentic Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques, specifically for biryani.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
